Your Questions, Answered

  • If you’re new, a Skin Consultation or Custom Facial is the best place to start. This allows us to assess your skin, discuss your goals, and determine the most effective treatment plan for you.

  • I proudly use professional-grade skincare from Lira Clinical and KrX, chosen for their results-driven formulations and skin-supportive ingredients.

  • You’ll receive detailed pre-care instructions after booking. In general, avoid active ingredients such as retinoids or exfoliants a few days prior, and arrive with clean skin when possible.

  • Downtime varies depending on the type of peel used and your skin’s response. Some peels may cause mild flaking or redness, while others have little to no visible downtime. This will be discussed during your consultation.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. How often you receive facials depends on your individual skin goals, comfort level, schedule, and personal priorities. Some clients enjoy regular visits, while others prefer a more flexible or occasional approach.

During your visit, we can talk through what feels realistic and supportive for you, and create a cadence that aligns with your skin needs and lifestyle.

  • I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to offer the time to another client.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged accordingly.

Thank you for understanding and respecting my time and small business.

  • Make sure the area is clean, dry, and hair is at least ¼ inch long. Avoid heavy exfoliation or lotions right before your appointment.
